1. Determine the preset torque value according to the required torque value of the workpiece.
 
2. When the torque value is preset, pull down the locking ring on the board handle and rotate the handle at the same time to adjust the data of the main scale line and differential scale line of the scale to the required torque value. 3. Install a response specification sleeve on the square tenon of the board, cover the fastener, and then slowly exert force on the handle. 4. When the large-size torque board is used, a long sleeve rod can be added to save effort.
 
5. If it is not used for a long time, adjust the scale line to return to the minimum torque data. Precautions for the use of preset torque board:
 
The torque plate is a special tool for tightly controlling the tightening torque of bolts and nuts. It should be used correctly according to the following requirements:
 
(1) The preset torque plate cannot be used to remove bolts or nuts.
 
⑵ It is strictly prohibited to add a sleeve extension arm at the tail end of the torque board to prevent damage to the torque board.
 
(3) Adjust the required torque as required, and clearly acknowledge that the adjustment mechanism is in a locked state before it can be used.
 
(4) When using the torsion plate, it should be loaded evenly and slowly, and must not be yanked and pressed to avoid overload and cause output torque misalignment. After the preset torque is reached, the loading shall be stopped.
 
(5) After the preset torsion plate is used, it should be adjusted to the minimum torque to enrich and relax the force measuring spring to extend its life.
 
(6) Water shall be prevented from intruding into the preset torsion plate to prevent parts from rusting.
 
(7) The opening size of the selected torsion plate must be consistent with the size of the bolt or nut. If the opening of the plate is too large, it is easy to slip off and damage the hexagon of the screw. In the maintenance of the entrance car, attention should be paid to the selection of the public inch system of the plate; The selection principle of various boards is generally the sleeve board, followed by the plum blossom board, the opening board again, and the movable board finally.
 
(8) In order to prevent the board from being damaged and slipping off, the pulling force should be applied to the thicker side of the opening. This should be paid special attention to the movable board with greater stress to prevent the opening from appearing "eight" shape and damaging the nut and board.
 
(9) The torsion board is designed according to the strength of human hands. When encountering tight ribbed parts, the board cannot be hammered. Except for the sleeve board, the other boards cannot be fitted with the stiffening rod to prevent damage to the board or ribbed connectors.
 
(10) When the torsion board is used, when you hear a "pop" sound, it is the most suitable at this time.
 
Remarks:
 
1. Use: The torque plate is a tool for rotating bolts or nuts.

Torque torsion
 
The force applied when the material is twisted, in N · m. Method of use
 
1. Set the torque value;
 
 
A. Turn the locking handle counterclockwise to release the adjustment wheel.
 
 
B. Rotate the adjustment wheel so that the sum of the main ruler and the secondary ruler (adjustment wheel scale) is equal to the torque value you need to set.
 
 
C. After the torque value is set, tighten the locking handle clockwise, and the torque value setting is completed.

3. Put the sleeve into the nut or bolt head;
 
 
4. Uniform application of force in clockwise direction;

6. When you screw a long bolt or a nut such as an oil pipe, and the sleeve does not work with the zai method, at this time, the opening line needs to be replaced;
 
 
A. Press down the positioning pin and apply force in the direction of the release force to remove the wrench head.
